have black screen on goggles 2 can see a glow on edges screen. goggle start up fine and hear sound when i press touch pad and cant update firmware get error (1-2-6)

1. Launch the DJI Assistant 2.

4. Select "Firmware Update" from the left-hand side and choose the option to "Update" or "Refresh" whichever is available.

If not, may we ask for the error code found at the bottom-left corner of the screen after the update failure? This will help us further isolate the issue. Stops at 59% updating. Tried updating several times and always stops at 59%.

Can you please verify if you have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) before re-attempting the update? If yes, try restarting your computer and then test again. If possible, please use another computer if available. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reinstall dji assistant 2 (consumer drone  series) several times, restarted several times and did the same on a second PC and get same error code.
