Perhaps he should stick the the speed limit and not do 22mph in an 8kt zone.  

It worked quite well. For the most part.

PS, it did not seem as if they noticed you?

The Mini3 had no difficulty keeping up. Good performance.

Its deceiving here as its full sun,  although not enough to dry the car cover which I have to remove shortly.  

Very cool chase footage DA.    Towards the end of the video he was sure staying close to all the docks.

Yes and to be fair at that point he had slowed down a lot.  Pretty much the speed limit.

Didn't seem like the Mini 3 had any problems keeping up with him when he was blasting along though.
