Good Evening,
I have a Mavic Mini 1 and have just bought a new intelligent battery for it.

After inserting it into my drone, and plugging the drone into the wall charger I have LED3 and 4 flashing - suggesting no battery is installed...

Any assistance on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks - the problem I have is that I can't turn my Mavic Mini on. So it won't appear in the Assistant.

The battery is flat, and will not charge because of the LED3 & 4 flashing.

Because it won't charge I can't connect it to anything to update it.

Can you please try to leave the said battery on the charger for approximately 2-3 hours and check if the issue persists? It is recommended to charge the battery in the drone to wake it from hibernation mode. If the issue persists. Please provide us with a short video showing the issue for us to check.
