Hello Everyone!

I've bought the engines guard for the protection from water and anything, but when i installed it i have seen an error like "Can't check engines, please, call to support". One important thing, my engines don't moving during the switching-on with the short sound. I checked, nothing to touche my engines. So, when i removed it - all is ok. What wrong? What i do not properly? Anybody use this accesories?

Were you using the screws that came with the cover?

Hi, yes. You’re right! All is working properly right now without these guards.

Ohh, sorry, maybe I will repeat it later, but I’m an engineer (my work) and I strongly did it by guide I mean a placement (L1 L2 and etc…)

I think the longer screws are a little bit too long and are touching the motors.

Ye, good idea. I worried that guards may fly off from engines and broke propellers. I will test with an original screws.

No, I have tried right now and original screws are not enough for this. Can’t spin (

Why do you want them anyway? They seem pretty useless.

... and this ladies and gentlemen is the EXACT answer I was thinking.
It's obvious that they will do more damage than good. Consider the heat build up also; motor damage.

I bought the motor guards also and mine did the same thing I had to cut the screws down about 1/16 of an inch three threads four threads only and they work fine now no overheating

And when you install them make sure they are centered and not touching none of the sides of the motor itself or you will get a motor error

It's just Avata telling you that you don't need motor covers.

Я подтверждаю эту проблему. Это происходит из-за длинных винтов которые пробивают провода подключенные к двигателям. Есть 2 варианта исправить эту ситуацию...1) сточить 2мм с каждого винта и  повреждения проводки не будет, НО!!! крепления двигателя будет НЕНАДЁЖНЫМ ! ....2) второй способ самый правильный-  устанавливаем на двухсторонний скотч изнутри по кругу и по центру защиты. При таком способе двигатели крепятся на родные винты, защита не болтается и имеет щель между двигателем и защитой для охлаждения.

С двустр скотчем вариант прикольный, хотя, если отклеится в воздухе будет больно движку

надо толстый 2мм . у меня проблем нет, стоит плотно, уже летал.
