I'm trying to upload the flight records for my Mini 3 Pro using the DJI RC.

I just enabled "Auto-sync Flight Records" and connected the RC to wifi but when I go to the Flight Data Centre and click upload most of the records update but then it reports "54 flight records not uploaded".   I've tried several times now with the same result.

What's the solution?

The error message appears after the controller attempts to upload the flight data.  See below for a screenshot.  I've rebooted and tried again several times.  The error appears each time.

Just a question, why do you want to upload them? If for safe storage why not down load them to computer etc.? If for access to airdata analysis then flies can be uploaded to airdata manually.

Mostly to have access to the DJI year-in-review stats.

And also because an iPad Mini I used to fly my Mini 1 + 2s with got smashed and I couldn't get my flight records off it.  This time around, I've decided it to sync everything as I go to avoid that fate again.

Having same issue. Also my mini 3 Pro says phantom 4 when I watch the flight back...

Can you please try to connect your DJI RC to a hotspot that has an internet connection or might as well try a different Wi-Fi network and click "Upload" and check whether the issue persists? I've already done that.  I don't think this is a hotspot or internet issue.  Regardless of what internet connection I use, some flight records fail to upload.

As you can see from the last comment here, I'm not the only one with this issue.  I also reported this on a different forum and others there have run into this issue as well.

I've already done that.  I don't think this is a hotspot or internet issue.  Regardless of what internet connection I use, some flight records fail to upload.

As you can see from the last comment here, I'm not the only one with this issue.  I also reported this on a different forum and others there have run into this issue as well.

The new FW for RC should solve the problem with uploading flight data. Unfortunately it probably won't help with past flights.

I have downloaded the DJI Assistance app, refreshed the RC firmware and tried again to upload the flight data.

Please note that we can confirm if the flight records upload to the cloud via the cloud icon on the right. If there is only a cloud icon, it means the upload has been successful. I have deleted these 3 flight (with tha arrow in the cloudl icon), now all fine.
They were not important to me.

Been having this issue for some time now. On startup the RC will pop up a message saying that flight records need to be uploaded as the controller has insufficient space, but when I do the upload somehow it will still show the same number of files needing to be uploaded. I will go into settings to make sure that it’s got a good connection to my home WiFi and then try again to no avail. I’d like to ensure that all my flight logs are properly recorded and saved as it’s a useful learning tool when I review my flights. Hope that DJI can sort this out for us.

I'm still having this issue.  And like you, now I see a message saying there is insufficient space.  It's been frustrating for months now.

Mine is always saying that 9 flight records have not been uploaded. No matter how many times I upload, a message will shortly follow saying that the upload has failed. After a few more times, I just ignore it and continue with my drone operation.
This needs to be address by DJI.

I keep seeing this on my mini 3 pro with the latest firmware. I have downloaded DJI assistant 2, refreshed my firmware.  My WiFi is rock steady as I’m in my house and turn it on.  They upload but next time I turn the controller on, same message.

Obviously DJI there’s a problem as the forums are loaded with these messages.  DJI RC.

Seems to be working fine right now on my system. All the ‘cloud’ icons on the extreme right now show that all flight records have been uploaded.
