Thanks for the well wishes DA.  Going to go over to son's house for Thanksgiving dinner.  Afterwards, going with son and grandson to take his gokart to the race track for some practice laps.  He just had his motor upgraded and wants to see how much difference that makes.

Dang thought but wont everyone have eaten too much to be wanting to fly around on a go kart.

This is a family of "clean eaters" and very portion size conscious.  They are into gluten free, dairy free, etc but the daughter in law has come up with some very innovative recipes for special meals like Thanksgiving.  Will be a morning watching NFL games and then a light meal followed by trip to the race track.

Probably true.  He is currently a certified sport's trainer and also a teaching golf pro.  She is a registered Dietitian.  So they are always into being healthy and staying fit.  I don't always fit into that crowd as I'm a if it tastes good I'll eat it.  I get enough swimming in daily to burn off any carbs and I've been eating this way for too many years to change now.  Besides, I love a beer or two and that doesn't fit into clean eating or clean living.

I did enjoy TG.  An unexpected rain storm blew in and the gokart track owner decided not to open the track as several portions had too much water on them to run practice laps safely.  So all the racers that were unloading had to reload their karts.  Was a bit of a let down but for safety reasons he was spot on with his decision.

Sounds like we had similar weather,  it hammered down here last night and this morning the underpass was flooded again and one of the carparks flooded.    Good job I took smarting to sit on this morning or I would  have got wet.

Yes Ive been lucky to get out for a few flights this week,  full sun here today so went down for high tide and did some boat chasing.   Im getting  rusty with it.

Unfortunately, that is a byproduct of the bad winter weather.  A while back I thought for sure you'd hit 53M feet before year's end.  Still, you'll be rather close.

Hopefully the weather will cooperate today,   heading north an hour and half up the coast to a couple of locations that we failed at the other day due to the weather.

"Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I've had to reschedule all my planned activities for the day.   Maybe tomorrow will be a better day and we can get together then."
