Hi,

It is not a true forum issue, but as I remember from the announcement that credits would get an expiry date : this would be made visible in the credits transaction page on the shop.
I have not seen this so far.
Any schedule when you are going to update the store to show the credit expiry date?

Probably they don't. Since it is very likely it is not even planned.

For example, DJI Credit made available between March 31 and December 31, 2021 will expire on December 31, 2022. You can check the date when the DJI Credits were received to determine the expiration date.

Thats not what happened to me last year!
All of my 2021 credits were wiped out at the end of that year, i think it was about £30+

Hi Wanda, just looking at my points exchanged for credits and something does not sit right at all, there are NO points exchanged at ALL through all of last year, which is 100% incorrect, I had around £30 banked that I had exchanged throughout 2021 and it was removed at the end of last year. Something is seriously wrong somewhere.

I actually let it go because I thought that the credits earned and exchanged throughout the year were lost at the end of the same year so I just let it go, although I did mention it in a post not long after I noticed all the money gone at the beginning of this year and assumed that was show it worked, I thought nothing more about it until this post came up.

To sum up...

• my account shows no points exchanged during 2021 (i exchange them throughout each year, even 2020 has some missing but that's by the by)
• money earned last year was removed at the end of last year.

Hi Wanda, someone or something did, I had over £30 in there. The last points spend was February.

Now, have a look at the points I accrued on the forum, thats right, there is nothing showing for 2021, but there should be, look at all the posts and replies i did during 2021, I was more active after July (bought the Mini 2 around then).

Now look at all the points i exchanged for credits during 2021 but after February, its showing as none same as points accrued, so something has gone wrong somewhere.

I change points quite often, although i do not spend as often except for this year where i got the Mini 3 Pro FMK and just recently the Mini 3 Pro ND filters. Last year i kept putting off buying as i already had what i wanted and procrastination is my best friend
