I would like to be able to turn off the touchscreen while recording. Is there any way to do this with the power combo?

There is a "screen off when recording" option in the settings (swipe down from the top edge, then tap the settings icon). You can set it to values starting from 3s.

Hi there. Thank you for patiently waiting. You may choose to enable the screen off when recording under General Settings > Scrn Off When Rec. Also, you may swipe down the touchscreen to enter settings and choose the lock icon to lock the screen, swipe the screen to unlock. Hope this helps. Thank you for your support.

Or, while recording, swipe down from the top of the screen.  That displays a bar along the bottom of the screen.  Swipe the bar sideways to change the screen off timer setting.  You can change it to 3 seconds for almost immediate efffect.  Tap the screen to wake it up, and if you want, then swipe down from the top and choose a different time out setting (or "never" to keep it on all the time).
