Today i received my order (0300481852150) with some stuff from DJI. One product was a macro lens for Action 2 camera. After many tries and a factory reset of the camera, there was no success to be detected from the camera.
For sure, the protective case is removed and the relevant setting is on.
I exported a log (too many files) but they are not supported to be attached.

In addition, when installing the lens, please make sure that you enable the Macro Lens Detection function (Swipe down on the touchscreen from the top to enter Settings - Macro Lens Detection.). Could you please try to use the serial number of Action 2? Please note to send back the camera and the macro lens for testing so that we can check what's the problem.
