That can't be done. You have to do that from scratch in an app.
The active track is in firmware. That can't be modified. Belive me, I have tried combined virtual stick with active track. I gave it up and ended up with a gps solution instead.
It's possible to do image recognition from the livefeed, you have to use special tricks to keep the latency low, but it's possible.

If you want to find a programmer to do an app, I think you should fly manually and show what kind of usecase you after. From your description it's impossible to say, in French as well :-)
