Can I use video recording during Mapping mission?
We found only photo option but SAR operations video is better.
We use this video for double check.

Yes It works. but its not the same. Route you made by hand is not same. Mapping road is the point Im looking for. Same distance all directions.

Then you can try to prepare a mapping missing on UGCS. It will draw a regular path. Load it as KMZ/KML in waypoints mode, and that's it !

Yes you Can do It that way, but the point is to use Dji App and Dji controller. It is only small add to Pilot2 app. :j  

You still use DJI Pilot2. Just generate the KMZ/KML on a laptop. I transfer via SD card when i have time, when its emergency i transfer via USB cable.

In QGIS you go to Extension/Manage extension in the search bar you type Flight Planner -> click on "instal plugin"

This is interesting but way too slow method to make flight path
I still wait for answer to Dji for this issue.

UGCS is the fastest. Not sure someone from DJI will answer.

We have used it for some of our testing. I think all you have to do is select Video in the Data Capture Format in the settings and it records video while on the designed flight path.

Ok I found this one. We need to test this. But still it is better if it work direct to PilotApp2.
