Hello,

I have a number of DJI products and am very satisfied with one thing.

All video files have the same file name.

AIR2s = DJI_000*
AVATA = DJI_000*
Action 2 = DJI_000*
Pocket 2 = DJI_000*

Action 3 creates different filenames

Please do a firmware update for the naming of the file names.

This saves a lot of work in post-processing.

Thanks

Hi there, Karpatenhund. Thank you for reaching out. For the Osmo Action 3, the materials are named in the following way:
DJI - filming time - material number (eg. DJI_20220803195423_0001_D.MP4).
The first footage shot by Osmo Action 3 is numbered “0001”. When naming a new material, the existing materials in the MicroSD card will be searched first, and the new material will then be named by adding 1 to the file name the largest number. Also, the filming time of a file is generated in the following way:
For example, if a file is captured at 19:54:23 on August 3, 2022, then its filming time is expressed as 20220803195423.
We understand the need to have it changed. Rest assured that your suggestions will be forwarded to our engineers for consideration. Thank you for your continued support.

Hello,

I expressed myself wrong. What I mean is that the file name is always the same on the other devices and I always have to rename it before importing. it would be better if the file names are different.

Example:

Filename AIR2S is DJI_0001.mp4 better would be DJI_AIR2S_0001.mp4
Filename Action 2 is DJI_0001.mp4 better is AC2_DJI_0001.mp4

So you can also copy the files into a folder without overwriting them.

The filename naming of the Action 3 is ok
Thanks
