We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please make sure the battery grip is fully charged and try the below steps to see if it works:
1. Press and hold the power button to power on the gimbal.
2. Open the Ronin app, connect the device to the app, and select your DJI RSC 2 in the device list.
3. When a new firmware version is released, the Ronin app will prompt you to update the firmware at the top of the interface. Click Update Now to start the firmware update. Do not power off the device or exit the Ronin app during the update. After the update is successful, the app will prompt Firmware Update Complete . Click Exit , and log in again to the app to use the device with the latest firmware.
4. If the update fails, please restart the device and re-update.
