Everytime I get on wifi and upload flight logs rc says uploading and it appears to upload because it says upload successful but then the top of the screen says upload unsuccessful and it has the same number of flight logs as when it started. Also I can't do a report to customer service from the rc. I can't access the drop down menu of which product the issue is with.

First of all, I would try to refresh the firmware of the DJI RC via DJI assistant 2...
You should also delete the "cache" under
Profile -->
     Settings...
