Splendid shot DA.    I love the angle of the shot as it make the rail tracks look like they go on forever.  Also great timing on catching the 2 trains passing.  

And the castle pleases me ;-)

Maybe the policeman was just inquisitive.  When I was filming my grandson a while back at the gokart track I had a couple of local policeman come up and ask questions about the drone.  Both were thinking about buying one.  They liked that the Skydio 2+ does not have geoloc.  I had my Part 107 license ready to show them but they never asked.  They were really  just interested in talking about which drones can do what.

I dont think he even saw it,   I was havng some issues landing as the gimbal was swinging randomly,  but I latter realised what had happened,  after the last update the C2 button got changed from bottom light to FPV mode.    And I had knocked the c2 button.

I bet you changed that button back quickly after that event.  I have to admit I've accidentally hit the custom buttons accident also.

Yes,  I did.    Ive made a point if test flying the M2P and the Mini2 with the controller update to make sure all the basics are working.  But it's interesting just how much better the Mini3 flys by default,    The reset EXP setting on the M2P im struggling to get back how I like them.

I hear that.  They were probably set for a long time.  I've been in the habit now of taking a quick shot of my settings in case they revert back on a firmware update.  Takes some time to do that for each drone but I feel the effort is worth it in the long run.

I guess once the "springs" on the sticks get used the feel is just not the same.  Not sure how else to describe it.

Don't let that happen.  I guess it is kind of hard to keep the M2P, Mini 2 and the Mini 3 Pro equalized in flying time.  

BTW, the battery died in my grandson's RC that he got with the Mini 3.  He sent it in for repair and it was replaced under warranty.  I'm not personally seeing any battery issues so that must have been a manufacturing issue on his.

The grandson said that the email he got was that the RC battery issue was under warranty and a replacement RC would be sent.  So they never said if it was the battery, a bad connection or what.  He said the replacement looks brand new and not refurbished.  

Glad you were able to get all three drones up.  Will not be long before the feet flown rolls over 53M.

My replacement RC was like new too,    and felt slightly better built than the original did.     I do like the DJI warrenty when it works.  Not quite as good as Apple but probably the second best Ive used in the last few years.

Good to hear.  I've only had one warranty repair through DJI and that worked out well.  Did take about 16 days total turn around but they did honor the warranty.  

I tried a few years back to get some warranty work done on a 3 month old freezer and that became a comedy of horrors.  They wanted me to put it on a crate and pay to ship it to them 2 states away to repair it.  I finally got them to agree to have it repaired locally at my expense subject to them reimbursing me.  Took them 6 weeks to reimburse me after I sent them the invoice.  However, I was without the freezer for over 2 months during that warranty issue of us going back and forth.  I'll not buy any appliance from GE again.

It was a freezer I had when I still lived on land.  GE did not have any local technicians and wouldn't contract one locally so that was the only way I could get it repaired.  Worked greater after than.

I failed to do due diligence before buying that product.  When I went to do a product review then is when I noticed all the negative comments about the obvious lack of customer support.  The product itself had good reviews but almost every other review talked about terrible or non-existent customer support.  This purchase was a reminder to me to always read the reviews before making a buying decision.
