Check that Davinci is looking in the correct place for your file. I've omly ever seen this message when a clip I've used previously has been moved to a different location. (BY me)

No it's only with the files made the camera upside down. With all other videos (camera upright), no problem.

Yet I managed to play these videos with VLC and edit them with Shotcut (my other editing software).

Try inverting them in that program and then introduce them to Davinci ?

Can you describe the steps of what you are doing? I just tried an upside-down recording and it works just fine in Resolve.

Media Offline message should not have anything to do if the footage is upside down or not. This "error message" is mostly because your temp-folder is getting too big. So delete all files in cache/temp-folder for files will probably fix the issue you have.

To locate this folder, go to Preferences-Media Storage-System

So delete every files you find there in CacheClip, and start up Davinci Resolve again.

Thank you all for your responses.

The problem was that I had configured recording in HEVC (H265).
By choosing the H264 I no longer have this problem.

So there is nothing to do with the camera turned over or not.

It is that in my tests the other videos recorded were only timelapses, which are not recorded in HEVC.
However in the previous versions (also free), I could import H265 without problem.
What are the limitations in these latest versions (decrease on this point) ?

Still no problems with Shotcut.

I had the same problem before I got Studio version that had support HEVC (h.265).

Yup, that codec is difficult on Windows machines.
