It is water coming from the river IJssel (that flows behind the drone).
Which was quite high at that time.

And I totally get that.

Remarkable shot.   That storm must have produced a tremendous amount of rain to have left all that muddy water behind.

It is how we got our ground system in NL.
Soil from the big rivers was carried here and deposited during flood.
Actually we did not get a lot of that storm, but in Germany it was really bad
