I have tried it with MonaServer2, Mac Local RTMP Server and streaming to YouTube.
None of them worked where my phone, with an RTMP streaming app, worked for all three with a second or two of lag.
I've tried reducing the streaming properties to their very lowest, the symptom is the same for all three.
After thirty or so seconds, a single still image shows up in the stream and then the stream crashes.
