Hi,
When I try to take off my Mavic air all the propelors are working but the droan just circle and not take off the ground.
Looks like the right front propelor is not turning as fast as the others so the draon circle around it and not taking off.

I replaced the propelor with no luck.

Any idea what is the issue?

I  also tried replacing the propellers with no success.   
As you can see all propellers are working but seems that the right front propeller might be turning slower and when the droan try to take off it just roll over.

You have the wrong propeller on the right front. I can see in the video. Pot the correct one on.

Good eyes Mobilehomer.

The props are handed for clockwise and anti clockwise rotation, put a wrong handed prop on a motor and the prop tries to push that motor into the ground.
I would have thought DJI would have made that impossible to do with what looks to be quick release props, I can't woith the M2P/Z but I recently noticed you can do it with the FPV

Hi, Ezra.  Thank you for the update and for providing a video. Just like what our fellow DJI Pilot mentioned, please check your propellers. Make sure to attach the propellers with white marks to the motors with white marks. Press each propeller down onto the mounting plate and rotate in the lock direction until it is secured. Attach unmarked propellers to the motors without marks. Please see the photo below:
