Very nice shot DA.    With their paddles up I'm assuming they have the current coming from behind them or maybe you caught then on a short break.  The old wreck at the top of the frame looks like it might be interesting to check out closer up.

The old wreck has been posted previously,  it was made from a number of images to make a really high res version of it.

I've done virtually nothing in the last 7 days - the batteries will be discharging again.

Ive spent almost a day this week tracing an electrical fault in the living room wiring,  somehow a cable in the wall has failed and is leaking to earth,    Its not been a good week.

Is it in a conduit, where you can draw out the old wire and replace it?  Or plastered in?

Its plastered in unfortunately,   were at a loss how it could have been damaged as its totally encased.     Luckily there's not a lot of load on that circuit and removing the wire and turning it into two spurs has worked.   In the new year I will remove the skirting board and run a replacement behind the skirting.  We have concrete plus stone floors in that room so it has to go into the wall sadly.

Conduits are a legal requirement in France. And it's easy to replace cabling that way.  I bet you had a real mess to sort that out

I think it depends on the conduit,    I had to pull a new cable to a light switch years ago the and conduit was the open back stuff and it was terrible to use.

Once installed it gets plastered over

Usually my map change requests go through quickly on google,   I have quite a good reputation there but this is the first landmark I suggested.   That said I went to a derelict building the other day as it looked like a promising subject and someone had added its location as a BnB.

Possible because they dont approve landmarks very often.
