Hi,

I have latest firmware 01.03.00.10 installed on my Pocket 2. But the latest features such as HDR video, Story mode are not coming in video setting options.

Can you please let me know the way to fix this ? Or do I need to re-install the firmware, if so can you please let me know the steps ?

Have you checked if the firmware version number matches with the information of the settings menu's device firmware information? If it is different from the version number you have mentioned here, it might be that the firmware update was not successful. Also, have you checked if the Mimo app version is the latest one available for your device?

Thanks for responding. The firmware version number is the same in device settings and also in Mimo app. There's no notification to install latest firmware.

That sounds weird. Possibly some of the official DJI representatives could help you with this? One option could be trying to reset the Pocket 2 to factory default settings and try re-installing the firmware, but not sure if that helps.

I'm having the exact same issue; I got another Pocket 2 and it has the Story mode on the device, the only difference is the Camera Firmware. Is there a way to force the firmware update, mine seems to be installed incorrectly.
