hello i bought dji fpv this month and suddenly after played dji simulator at iphone my controller stops works i cant bind i cant connect to pc (same another controller connct with the same cable) what should i do ? please help my (i tried dji fpv assistand pc not recognize)

Hi, bougiou3553. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry for the trouble caused. We highly recommend re-attempting to update the firmware of the DJI DPV Remote Controller 2 and then relinking again. Since it currently cannot be recognized, we suggest uninstalling the software and reinstalling it. You may install it from this link. You may also try using other cables or another computer if possible. If the update is successful, restart the devices and relink them. Here's a tutorial for your reference:

I already had my friends same controller here this controller works with the assistant 2 fpv version .my controller doesn’t recognised by pc (the issue begins yesterday suddenly .I’ve played Dji virtual and when unplugged the goggles from iPhone and try to connect all with the drone the controller cannot binding.) I’ve read many issues here t forum I’ve tried on my laptot at others pc here in neighbourhood.
Maybe a reset will work but I dont know how to do ! Is brand new without scratch !!

Thanks for the video provided. Please try to connect the remote controller to the computer first and then power it on to see if it can be recognized. If not, you may need to submit a case and send it back for further testing. http://www.dji.com/support

Please make sure the output of the charger used is 5 V and 1A/2A, and do not charge it with a USB PD Power Delivery charger, otherwise, the remote controller may be scorched.
