Hi, I just bought a DJI mini 3 pro. Yesterday I went flying and I tried transferring my videos. It worked with my mobile device. Today I went flying again and tried transferring my videos. Now I got a popup to switch devices or something. Every time I try it, I get the error 'dji aircraft already connected to another mobile device'.
I tried turning it off and on again but nothings working. Someone with the same problem or a solution?

(I have the new controller and my wifi and bluetooth are on on my phone and the controller.)

Hi,

You might be better off posting in the products section of this forum. That is way more active!

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. You may try the troubleshooting steps below:  1. If another mobile phone was connected to the aircraft using the QuickTransfer function, and the mobile phone is nearby, a possible reason for this message is that the aircraft’s Wi-Fi is occupied by the previously connected mobile phone. We recommend turning off the Wi-Fi on the previously connected mobile phone or deleting/ignoring the aircraft’s Wi-Fi. If the mobile phone cannot be found, please change the aircraft name in DJI Fly and reconnect to it.
2. Try to restart the mobile phone and then run the DJI Fly app.

Hi there,
thank you for reaching out.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please provide the screenshot of the error message you've encountered. Follow the steps outlined below to determine if the issue can be isolated.

The smartphone is not connected to the remote controller:

1. Power on the drone, and wait until the drone self-check is completed.
2. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the smartphone. Open the DJI Fly app and select the drone for connecting when it prompts the available device list. (When connecting the smartphone and the drone for the first time, press and hold the power button for two seconds to confirm the connection.)
3. Tap “Connect”. If connected successfully, you can view the drone album, and download videos or photos at high speed.

The smartphone is connected to the remote controller:

1. Make sure that the drone is connected to the smartphone via the remote controller and the motors have not started.
2. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the smartphone.
3. Open DJI Fly, enter playback, and tap the icon in the upper right corner to access the files on the drone to download files at high speed.

If the issue persists, please let me know. Thank you.
