Hello frequent fliers a couple days ago I was flying my drone out catching some surfers as I usually do when all of a sudden the drone does a death spiral and plummeted to the bottom of the ocean to say hello to Davy Jones locker I’m curious if this is happened to anybody and also why this may have happened I’ve talked to a few people and they think one of the motors had failed which caused the death spiral. DJI is only offering me 15% off a new drone which will cost me $1300 to replace. I don’t really see this being a good option as this seems to be a manufacturer error.  We tried to dive a couple times to retrieve the drone but I’ve been unsuccessful. I’m curious also if we find the drown and send it back while I get a better discount. Attached is the last flight log.

Hello I was able to recover the drone, it just fell out of the sky I have the video to prove it
