Hey everyone, new to the forums here. So I just bought my RS3 about 2 weeks ago and never real got to test it out until recently and while filming it kind of freaked out on me and the system went upside down so I had to turn it off. But now it will not lock and fold into place and I have to manually fold and lock my system into place. Any word on how to fix this or it’ll this is a defect? I bought it brand new at best buy. And it’s calibrated and balanced. For reference if needed im using a sony a7iv and a 35mm g master lens. Please help me out! Thank you!
