Not sure. It does not look like they need to climb down that much to reach the engine.

Great top down shot DA.    I see prop wash from both boats but with the engine cover off the small boat it does appear there is some issue.  What makes it even a bit weirder is there are no lines between the two boats and the angle that the small boat is at towards the larger.  All a bit odd.

Wow, I did miss that bow line.  Guess the color of the line helped it to blend in with the waer.

It was more the case of the engine cover being off like there was a problem with it,  maybe getting it started.

Because the engine cover had been removed,   but someone pointed out the engine must be working as you can see the prop wash.

I see,    you can just make that out if you zoom on.
