Does the drone want to fly to the same gps location, altitude and camera position as that of a previously taken photo. How to do that?

The mini 3 pro supports waypoints (I need 1) but I doubt if that answer my question including camera position.

By using UGCS there is no doubt

You need a drone that supports waypoints,  the Mini 3e only has waypoints for hyperlapse mode.
