It went crazy after 11 s. Maybe RS disabled itself?
This was in the middle of a hike. No problem before, no problem after. I found out the problem while reviewing at home.
Wondering if having EIS prority on messed up the frame rate and RS could not follow...

Yes, I had that happen to me once as well! I thought I must've messed up a setting, but it was just like yours. It started ok in the first few seconds, then all of a sudden it was jumping all over the place. I no longer have the video cuz I deleted it. I definitely DID NOT have EIS Priority enabled.

Mine happend before the November 30th FW release - with the 01.01.05.40 FW.

I wonder if the  vibration of the trail could cause the camera to switch, that lower left switch to the real time  being  rattled on?

I was holding the cam with a rod, no way I could have touched the screen during recording.

Mine happened when I was walking on the street, so no rugged terrain.

thank you I have to  look at mine, this is hte latest fw.

Date/time... I am surprised you cannot get it directly from the video file. The file name and metadata should give that info. It was 2022 Dec 10; 11:00 am (Japan time).
