Hello, I would appreciate some advice. I see from You Tube clips that the Mavic Air 2 should be able to do timed shots from 2 to 60 seconds. However, on the DJI Fly App, the minimum timed interval is showing at 10 seconds. I really need to be able to access 5 seconds. Does anyone know why it is not providing this option?

Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly app on your mobile device and check whether the issue persists? If the issue persists, please provide us with a short screen recording showing the options when you select the Timed Shot feature for us to check it here on our end. Lastly, make sure that you are in Normal Mode when doing the said feature. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Thankyou for your response. We have tried re-installing the DJI Fly app but it has not fixed the problem. I have included a link to the screen recording which shows the issue in all flight modes, including Normal Mode.
