Hello, have an RS3 Pro that I just received a few days ago. I'm running into an issue with Active Tracking and the Lidar unit. I've gone through the process of adding 3 lenses so far (Meike 25mm, 35mm and 50mm). On every lens, the output I see on the Raven Eye shows that the Active Track track the bottom half of a person's face. The OLED display shows the box is tracking correctly. I suspect the issue is there's nothing that takes into consideration the height distance between the lidar unit and the sensor, which would explain why the lidar is not tracking properly. I've gone through all the menus and I don't see any option to offset the height, only an option to enter the depth disance between the lidar unit and the sensor in the camera. Am I missing something here?

The fix for me was, unfortunately, returning the product. I didn't receive any help from DJI. Shame, really. Sounded so promising. I'll wait for one or two newer versions to come out before I try it again.
