Currently I am conducting a research about AR teleoperation. We plan to use the DJI RS3 to remote control the rotation of the camera based on the IMU data from Meta quest 2 headset. Is there any SDK for UBUNTU 20 that can directly control the DJI RS3? If not, is there any solution for us to control the DJI RS3.
I'm curious did you figure something out with the RS3? I'm hoping to control a lidar scanner with the gimbal. Just need control over pan and tilt. The app (using Bluetooth) has a virtual joystick, but no documentation on how I can implement this bluetooth protocol myself.
I've been trying to find out the same for the RS3 which lacks a wired interface so bluetooth seems to be the only way to control externally. And I can't find anything on the bluetooth protocol (I did try to reverse engineer but got nowhere). I see an RS4 is now out with a wired port (like the RS2) :/
