We finally got some snow here again and I also got to test out my Osmo Action 3 in low light and how sharp it is.
I used OA3 as main camera, OA1 as second and Nikon D7500 as 3rd camera.

If we had that amount of snow in the UK, no one would be going to work! We’re just not geared up for it in the South of UK.

That looks like a picture postcard place. Beautiful.

Video looks great considering the low lighting.

I was actually thinking about you guys in UK since there have been some snow there lately.

The video have been brightened up a little since the color is actually more blue because there is like only 1 hour with "daylight" here now.

You probably find this as well since you’re in Norway ……. Whenever I see videos from the continent, say France, Spain, Italy, the light and colour seem SO different to what I get. You mentioned ‘blue’ and that is typical of what we get in the UK; especially in the Winter. (Summer's aren’t always brilliant either for colour) I end up tweaking the colour balance in most videos because of it.

I worked in Iceland for a year in their orchestra a long time ago, and the light there was also very blue looking. So dull in Winter too. I fought like mad with colour on cibrachrome prints that I used to develop myself from slides. (Before digital)

We do indeed have snow here and temperatures are dropping to -5 degrees in the South. That’s cold for us. -15 in Scotland.

Since you have been in Iceland you probably know about the arctic blue hour, where it is never daylight and only a light blue tint mid-day around Christmas time. And my OA3 when I tried it at first with AutoWB to see what it said, it said 10000 Kelvin, so I put it on 7000 K to have a little blue tint.

-5c there is probably really cold since I think you guys have not really dry weather that we have here. I know in our capital city Oslo, when it is -10c it feel like -20c up here in the north just because of the climate.

Not sure what to say since I am used to the blue hour we have here, but I doesn't like the cold and always looking forward to summer.
But winter is great for being outdoors and taking pictures and recording videos. And I can't wait for flying with my drone again at the flat mountain we have here in the north.

I like that little snow plow 4WD of yours. Comes in handy.

Thank you I actually have a great day. Just been out plowing snow again at one of my neigbhour so I'm going to edit that video that but it is late evening 10pm so its just dark.
But again I wanted to test out my OA3 in the dark and if it will do work great or not

I was out yesterday evening and since it was dark I just made it into time lapse

I have lived in Finland for 6 months, starting in January.
I had to drive to school there by bike.....
That was quite the undertaking those early months.
Only when it was < -15 I allowed myself to take the buss.
But it was a lovely experience and one I will never forget.
