Just got a mini 3 pro for Christmas been flying around done all updates prettying impressed with it so far being first drone anyway lve come arcoss some trouble transferring video to mobile photos are ok ,when it says video saved l try to open but there is a blank thumb nail and will say cannot play video, have refomated sd cards in both drone and contrler even changed card in phone still the same only with video are the cards corrupted, has anyone else had same issue

Can you please take a screenshot showing the error message or the black thumbnail that you are referring on the post so we can check? In addition, you may export the video files (the original one) using your SD card via an SD card reader straight to your computer. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
