Looking for some help as I'm not sure what to do...



I was attempting to adjust the joint angle on the motor parameters of my DJI RS 2 as the pan axis angle wa a bit off. After saving the new settings, the gimbal then began spinning on its pan axis uncontrollably to where it almost broke my camera.


I've tried all the reset options available to no avail and the pan axis now won't stop spinning and I can't stop it. The roll axis is also hot to touch and am not sure why this is the case. When trying to run the auto-checks, I am hit with errors 1008 and 1010.



Hoping someone in the forums or from DJI can help me figure-out how to reset my gimbal back to normal.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please try the suggestion below and check if the issue persists?

1. Ensure that the camera load has already been mounted properly.

2. Please make sure that the gimbal has been balanced.

3. Please make sure that the gimbal Auto Check does not have interference.

4. Ensure that all axis locks are unlocked.
