I'm fairly certain my Air 2s is running in CE mode

I tested with another controller, the same thing.

My original post was with the RC Pro.
This post is with the RC-N1

I live in the USA. What is the issue DJI?

Yep. thats CE Mode.   The line should be under 1km for FCC.

It didnt work swithcing to "manual".

What did work was moving locations. I traveled about 1.5 miles away and the drone was operating in FCC mode like normal.

Thanks. It is weird I moved about 1.5 miles down the road to another location and FCC mode was functioning like normal.

Could you have had bad gps reception?  The drone uses that to switch modes.
