I have bought a Phantom 4 Pro Plus from Ebay. The controller will not switch on and seemingly has a faulty battery. Does the seller need to remove the drone from his DJI account before I can use it? I have found instructions for drones which use DJI Fly, but cannot see how to remove a craft in the Go4 app. Thank you

The unbinding account procedure is only applicable for the DJI Fly application and it refers to the DJI care refresh service plan. The Phantom 4 Pro uses a DJI GO 4 application and this function is not available. Furthermore, you may try to charge your remote controller to see if there's an LED light that will illuminate.
