Firt I don't know if I'm writing in the right place - but lets try!

I'm posting pano on skypixel - is there any way of predefine of statring point of view? I'll give you an exapmple :


and I'd like to have statring camera position something like this :

I know what you mean. That's a lovely pano.  To get the starting point in the right place, begin the sequence with the drone pointing AWAY from the feature by 180 degrees. That is to say, with its back to the feature. Then the stitched image will begin where you want it to

It dawned on me after a while.  The sphere opens to the centre of the composite image - which is of course furthest from the start and end points

Yeah, TBH I never bothered myself, but it does make sense.
If you edit with your own editor (not the DJI app) I think you can make this yourself (although it will introduce more post processing)

I was thinking about that... long time ago when I have lots of time I was making also panos but with ordinary camera and  fish eye lens... but... there was some trick with modifying exif - to set custom initial camera position.... but I can't find those tutorials! ;( it was so many years ago... So! In short words - solution for now is to start making pano 180 degree  of desired camera position...
