Dji are you joking. Never used my all you can do handle in the raun, and you say its water damage. I will never buy any dji product again. My handle is shipped by boat to china. And its my fault then. I think its water damaged by transport.  
Never never going to buy any of your products again.

I don't know your case, but so far I never had major issues with any of my DJI products.

From my experience with DJI support, they send pictures of the damaged product with proof of what they claim.

It was send by retailer, never got any picture. I ask for proof
