Yeah, that would not be good for me as I hand launch and recover 99% of the time with all my drones.

It's been really quiet on rumors for the Pocket 3.

I don't think many people are that excited by the Pocket. I have one and it is not easily usable because of the gimbal. The Osmo Action with its various steady functions is way better

Yes,   it was really disappointing that the leaked calendar got more inaccurate as the year progressed,   I guess they pushed back some stuff.

Over on reddit there is quite a few people asking when it's coming. and quite a few people that dont get it as a product.

I looked at the OA3 but the ongoing focus issues turned me away and I went with the proven GoPro 11.

Sadly I've not seen any good rumours for a while.   But I also not seen any rumours that it's cancelled either so there is still hope.

Dont believe all that focus pony and BS that is just being peddled by OCD Geeks and You Tubers wanting clicks who have no idea what an action camera is for. The footage you get from then is very good indeed. I bought 2 and am very pleased with them.

The plus battery is only for use in the US where electricity is much lighter than in the UK and EU. So it works well for them. It is 110/230 times lighter in the US..... makes a huge difference

Ive been putting U.K. power into my plus battery.  Is that why the clips broke?

There you go it was not designed for the extra weight..... Your fault entirely. If you hadmoved to the US that would have been fine

I best only put in half a charge for mine then, hopefully my clips will be ok with half the weight ;)

So far mine is still holding.  When even I use that battery I shake it like trying to get ketchup out a bottle to make sure it’s well stuck in there.

I did unfortunately have my first crash the other day after 53 million feet flown.  I clipped a tree branch with the mini 2 and broke the gimbal arm.   I’m getting a new/refurb one for £85 from DJI which seemed reasonable.  Although I did get a £25 discount for no known reason.

Ah b*gger, ive had a couple or 3 with my P4P and about the same with the Mini 2, nothing major though, i.e. nothing broke off, the worst was on the P4P, that dropped from a decent height about 30ft and all that happened was i lost 1 LED cover, and i scraped the top lid on the underside of a bridge and it dropped about 3ft into 2ft of water, still going strong. Mini 2 was just low level stuff, nothing to even warrant letting the buyer know and not hurt the Mini 3 yet, give it time lol. Hope you get the replacement quickly.

I think it’s because the airflow is not obstructed by the frame.
