UPS usually delivery here a bout 10:30am,   they are surprisingly consistent with their timings,  yet the tracking app rarely shows it out for delivery until after its delivered.

Not much use then, is it. At least you have a rough idea of when to expect them, if all goes well.  Sunny and still here this morning.
