Mini 3 pro “missing parts” error and many more errors

Two weeks after I bought my mini 3 pro drone, i started to get many errors and couldn’t use it anymore, without nothing that happened - no crashed no nothing !!
I’ve sent the drone to laboratory of dji in South Africa, and they tried ti replace the gps module the camera and check the cables and they didn’t find something- still the same errors
Now dji wants me ti send the drone to china for checking and it’s can take months, and I need to pay for it!! That’s crazy
Any help???

I bought it in i store South Africa
Now I’m stuck and no logical solution offered to me, to send it to china and wait 2 month and to pay for the courier it’s crazy!! That’s not customer service

Still no solution from dji
After I contact them they suggested again to send it to china , and told me that I need to pay for the repair because I’m not in the country that I purchased the drone anymore so it’s all on me! That’s a shame! A new drone that stopped work after 2 weeks and customer service doesn’t help and want you to pay again after I’ve paid so much for this drone

Good morning, honestly I have not had any luck with this aircraft.
I bought it in October 2022 and after 3 months I got a communication error between the aircraft and the RC control, I had to take it to technical service in the USA since I live in another country, they did not change the unit, they only repaired it.
Now I'm going to use it and it gives me error messages about aircraft missing parts, sensor error, etc.
One day I turn it on and it works, the next day it doesn't work anymore and it gives me those error messages.
I really don't understand how a brand like this can make my drone fail me so much.

I have the same problem,
I realize this error comes from the software, not the physical hardware.
When I start the airplane, I get the error "aircraft missing parts". I tried restarting the plane a few times and the error went away.
Once the error disappeared, I was able to fly without the error appearing. But when I turned off the plane and restarted it, the error appeared again.
That process keeps repeating...

(Update to the latest Firmware, Every connection is tight)

Hello there. We do apologize for the trouble that this has caused. Please confirm what specific drone are you currently using that experiences this issue. Please provide us a screenshot of the aircraft status so we can check. If you are using a standard remote controller with a mobile device, please reinstall the DJI Fly app on your mobile device and check whether the issue persists. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
