Hello Labroides, do you have any problem with magenta or green color cast on your DNG files ? In any shooting conditions the results are perfects as the M2pro? If it is the case my M3C may have an issue and I need to replace it...

No ... mine does not show that issue.

We are not alone.  If you read this thread on mavicpilots: https://mavicpilots.com/threads/ ... -color-tint.118335/- started in November 2021 - there are very many others with the same issue.

Like you, I have asked for a refund of what is clearly a defective product - one which is not fit for purpose.  Like you, I have been told that this will be fixed by the next firmware release.  Given how long the issue has been going on for, yet it remains unresolved, I have very little confidence that DJI can actually fix this with firmware (and if you read that other thread, there is a widely-held view that it cannot be fixed with firmware, the hardware design is faulty).

I will await the next firmware.  If that that does not work, I feel that I will have to seek legal advice regarding a refund.

Do you know if that color  issue existe on the old mavic 3 (not classic) ?

I just update the new firmware and the result is better !
After many tests I confirm, the color issue is solved after upgrading the firmware to v01.00.0400

Unfortunately it has not solved anything for me.  My images still have the same green cast after the FW update.

Ah it is strange because I can see better results on my DNG files with Lightroom.

I agree.  The M3P seems to be more for video than photos.  I very seldom use video.  I upgraded to the M3P because the M2P will not be Remote ID compliant.
