Hi, Paradox2kuk. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try the following two methods to calibrate the gimbal.
1. Via DJI Pocket 2: Swipe down on the touchscreen to enter settings, and then swipe left and tap the calibration icon to calibrate the gimbal.
2. Via the DJI Mimo app: Connect a mobile phone to the DJI Pocket 2 and launch the DJI Mimo app. Go to the main screen and tap the settings icon at the lower left corner, and then go to "Gimbal and Handle Settings", and calibrate the gimbal.
* 1. During calibration, ensure that the gimbal is placed horizontally and not blocked.
2. Do not hold the DJI Pocket 2 with your hands during calibration (shaking may affect calibration).
To add, you may also perform the following troubleshooting steps below:
1. Check whether the tilt axis, pan axis, and roll axis of the gimbal have objects that may cause obstruction. If so, remove the objects.
2. Rotate the tilt axis, pan axis, and roll axis of the gimbal when it is powered off and check whether the gimbal is stuck. If so, I'm afraid that you may consider sending the unit in for a proper diagnosis. You may submit an online repair request through this link: {https://repair.dji.com/repair/index}. If you need assistance with creating a ticket, you may contact DJI support at https://www.dji.com/support. We understand that this is not the answer that you look forward to, but this would be the best thing to do in this situation. In addition, warranty service can be claimed depending on the result of the Damage Assessment. Your kind understanding is appreciated and thank you for your continued support. |
