Yesterday I got my C1 stickers for the M3 Cine, since the Cine‘s remote can’t take photos, I took the photos with my iPhone. Unfortunately there’s no easy way to transfers files between those two devices in both directions (I really hope that it’s an upcoming feature).

I can’t complete the process/ upload the images through the fly app on my iPhone, so I transferred the images to a sd card, and from the sd card to the remote..

When I trie to upload the photos, I got an empty error message.. see attachment.

When I go to the url on the bottom of that page ( https://repair.dj.com/mycase/index ) it’s all in Chinese (I think). My Chinese is a little bit rusty, so I don’t know what to do now..

Help?

In addition, kindly please try to open first the DJI website on your browser and in a new tab open this link https://repair.dji.com/repair/index and check if this will work on your end. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Turning off and on the device didn’t work for me, tried it a couple of times..

The website part did work for me.. But I think it’s all kind of hidden..

I would strongly emphasize everyone after step 2 on the RC to continue the process with step 3 on your PC in a web browser. If you login to DJI with your account you also find the process there and uploading photos from there simply works fine. Can be found under https://repair.dji.com/certification/ -> My class identification applications -> click on the current Application Number

Tried both Safari and Chrome many times. Same error all over.

Same for me. Getting a modal claiming "System error. Please try again." Tried in the browser(chrome).
