DJI mini 3 pro Zoom does not work. I have it at 4k 30fps setting. The zoom does not move when dialing the right wheel. No matter what I do, or which setting. Anybody can help me?

Pretty sure the zoom function will only work fully in the lower res video settings , try changing it to 1080p to test.Digital video zoom at up to 2x is availiable in 4K, 3x in 2.7K, and 4x in full HD

Also go into the settings and then custom settings for the RC to see if the dial is set for zoom function

Put Video on 1080 and checked dial - wich is set to zoom function. Still does not work

I've got exactly the same issue. It will only zoom in using photo mode but any of the resolution options when shooting video the zoom wheel will not work it seems to have only started happening after the v01.00.0450 update.

I made an update yesterday and it worked again. Maybe you could try the most recent update from yesterday

Actually I am not sure why my drone wanted an update after searching for updates since I updated one day before. The Version it shows in the controller is 01.00.0450 for the aircraft and 01.02.0200 for the RC. Anyway zoom works in Foto as well as in Video mode now. Maybe there was an ulabled new version? Anyway I thinik it does not hurt to check again for updates just in case.

Had you updated all your batteries when you did the firmware upgrade,    each battery can prompt to be re updated which often confuses people into thinking they installed yet another update

Oh. I did not even know about that. No I did not update all my batteries, this could be why it wanted the second update. Did you find a solution for your Zoom issue?

My zoom works fine.

I have the same problem, no zoom in video mode. Aircraft firmware 00.01.0450 Rc firmware 01.02.0400.
I've checked everything and still the same :/

What video mode you have set. Digital zoom can only be used in certain modes.

Doesn't it work through the control dial and the screen?
Have you tried 1080 resolution?

4k@60 - not zoom, 4k@30 - 2x zoom
