I have 50 gb free storage on my iPhone and I get the not enough memory on the device message. Reading through the comments this error is prevalent on an  iPhone.

It seems obvious DJI has a software problem concerning Apple iPhone memory assessment.

I fly the  DJI Mini 3 Pro.

It does not work. I rebooted my phone too.
This is an issue bettween Fly App for iOS and DJI Mini 3 Pro. I finally installed the DJI Fly app on my other phone Sumsung GALAXY S22 and it works there. But I prefer to do it on The iPhone. DjI is aware of this issue.

I'm having the same issue (Insufficient storage on mobile device) with my iPhone 14 Pro.  If I use my iPhone 11 I do not have the issue.
Any idea when a solution will be posted?

Same issue, just updated everything with no change in outcome.  Trying to upload 12gb and have 136gb free storage on iPhone 14 Pro Max.

DJI why is this taking so long, again more footage not transferring through quick transfer, still chopping my footage into 3 minute segments too. Also noticed each 3 minutes of footage is 3gb in size which is surely not right???

Hello, I have the same annoying issue with quicktransfer. As workaround you could use a SD Card Adapter and transfer it to iCloud Drive and then to your photo library. Big files are sometimes not able to be transferred directly to the photo library so far my experience. It isn’t the best solution but better then having no backup of your drone shots. Hope we will see the update soon.

Hi there. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Due to the limitation of the SD card file system and to protect the safety of your footage, the video will be automatically split when the size of the video reaches approximately 4 GB size. This is a normal phenomenon. Please rest assured to use it.

Exactly same settings on Mavic 3 classic and it's splitting footage of anything over 3-4 minutes

May we know if you meet the problem of a warning appears stating “Insufficient storage on a mobile device. Free up space and try again” as well?
If yes, we recommend exiting the mobile phone apps running in the background or clearing the cache, then trying again. To resolve this issue, the logic for determining the remaining space will be optimized in the next version. We recommend keeping an eye out for future DJI Fly updates.
If not, could you please send us more details or send us a related screenshot so that we can confirm this problem better?

DJI -  you have 29 days to fix this (or less), otherwise, I'm going to return this to the retailer.  This is VERY BASIC functionality and from the notes, it's taken well over a month to fix.  DJI has bigger issues than this if they can't fix this very basic thing.

So fustrating, seems to have gone worse, taking forever to download to DJI fly app and third party apps. Quick transfer not working, even when it gets transferred via SD Card reader to iPhone, still taking forever to upload to 3rd party editing apps
