The only way that I have found to get it over to my iPhone is using a Lightning to sd card reader.  I have been trying to do direct transfer for a long time.  I thought I was doing something wrong and this was the only way of doing it.  At least I don't feel stupid anymore.

I'm experiencing the same issue, the Dji remote has basically backfired on me regarding what should be a simple process.  Perhaps I'm so ignorant that it's my failure in resolving this issue. Wtf

I have the same issue. The app says I don’t have enough space on my IPhone 11 but I have 256GBand I only used 127GB…
Our Videos are never been saved …even if I used SD card.
So I need a special set up?
