Why I don't have my Avata Icon yet ? Did I buy a fake Avata ?

As long as it was new and never activated you should get the icon,  sometimes Ive found logging out and back into the forum helped trigger a new product to appear.

I bought it new and activated it myself. I thought the same thing about logins to the forum and it's true that I stayed connected for a very long time.

my icon was visible as soon as i activated the avata with my DJI account...

It was like that for all my other drones except the Avata.

I activated mine in Nov as well but still no icon yet.

Well mine is also not here and i fly Avata from Sep 2022 - but I have many icons of drones I long forgotten and sold
