how safe is fly under the rain ?
Yesterday, on a cloudy day, are caught in the rain when the P3 was about 2 kilometers away. I did all the way back in the rain. fortunately seems to work out very well, today I made another flight over the two kilometers without any problems.
what do you think I can fly the P3 in the rain? has anyone had similar experiences?

I would say you got lucky and wouldn't make a habit of flying in the rain.  

Double check your propellers. Plastic prop usually don't fix to fly in rain. The rain dropps tear down the props.

Rainy days, are SIM days... Fly dry.

H2o and expensive exposed electronics don't mix very well.

I guess it is a cooling problem with the P3 not to make the drone water resistant. Other drones are resistant and at least one can be thrown in water and it will takeoff from it.

Biggest problem I experienced so far when caught up in a rain is that the footage gets ruined from the raindrops on the lens. The gimbal could stop work, but will function again once dried properly according to the user manual. So it flies but not very well. Most of the bird is insulated so you can fly in tropical environment. However many parts are unprotected from direct water. So not recommended.

you should check your closest TAF and METAR reports to establish a good time to fly, they will tell you when there will be a break in cloud cover - if you do not know what TAFs and METARs are, then you should really study meteorology in regards to a safe practise to flying an SUAS...
