They look like they’ve sunk a bit.   And does a peddalo count as a boat?

I like boats but that’s too cold for me.   Nice shot of the Canadian goose.

Yes. The park was teeming with kids, but none on the lake. Too cold.

Even sunrise was sad

You're right   There was quite a flock of them on the water, nearer to me. Below the point of view.

It was fine heading east until I turned to head back into wind. Bit of a slog for 4 miles.

It's quite significant, the difference between walking with the wind and facing it.  Feels much colder too.

I guess that is the parking space so no-one can get to them!?

Yes the temps have definitely dropped.  This morning there was no sunrise but I did get home just before the rain started.    Peak gusts later are forecasted at 46mph so I think Im grounded for the rest of the day.

Lashing down here now and every now and then a huge thump hits the conservatory.      I was hoping to get a few flights in before the fly report drops but that may be optimistic now.

I hadnt noticed it until someone pointed it out to me.

Very nice shot Mr. B.    From the looks of the water surface I'd say this was taken on a very windy day.
